ABOUT THE SESSION:

Cathy, licensed clinical mental health counselor, was a blast to work with. We booked out a studio, turned on some music, and got tons of photos, promo videos, a website montage, and social content.

With so much content to get in a 4 hour time span, we spent a lot of time in the planning phase.

I sent Cathy a Shoot Plan with a timeline, outfit ideas, pose ideas, prop ideas, and more. She was over the moon with everything she saw in the shoot plan and it made her even more excited for the photoshoot!
